Important Deadlines and Dates:

August 16th, 2010 – Sign-ups begin with “Early Bird Price” of $50 per person

September 10th, 2010 – “Early Bird Price” ends and will then increase to $60 per person

September 16th, 2010 – Deadline for total number of students

September 16th, 2010 – Deadline for t-shirt request form

How do I register for DNOW 2010 at Fort Caswell?

1. First, fill out the below form. Once finished, an administrator will be in contact with you to confirm your registration, student numbers, contact information, t-shirt numbers, deposits, and any other information needed for registration.

2. Send $5 deposit per student ($5 X # of students = deposit) to the following address:

3. Submit t-shirt form to Emily at Scotts Hill via fax. (910.686.9313). You can find the form, here. (T-Shirt previews are below)

4. Complete Fort Caswell liability form and submit upon arrival. You can find the form, here.

* Please put your church name and “DNOW” in the memo. All deposits are non-refundable.

* Any students registered after September 16th, 2010 will not receive a t-shirt with their registration. Instead, shirts will need to be purchased seperately (of those remaining) during check-in at DNOW on September 25th, 2010.

* Any t-shirt request forms must be submitted by September 16th in order to be fulfilled properly. If you register for X amount of students and only bring Y amount to Caswell on the 25th, you are still responsible for paying for the remaining shirts at check-in.
